These services are performed under Virginia general contractor exemptions and minor repair thresholds. We do not hold separate trade licenses for electrical, plumbing, or gas at this time. For full trade work or major installations, we will advise you and refer you to a licensed contractor.
Yes — pre-rinse unit repair and replacement is a standard service call item.
We install and replace gas hoses, install and replace regulators, and connect and disconnect equipment to existing gas lines. We do not run new gas lines or perform gas line sizing work.
