All tiers include two PM visits per unit per year and a written condition report after each visit. Priority is our most popular, with same-day response and 10% off all repair labor.

*Same day response applies to service requests placed by 2:00 PM: when an active same-day (Priority or Premier) contract holder places a call by 2:00 PM, a KitchenGuard technician will be on-site the same business day. It does not guarantee a technician on-site within a fixed number of hours. Premier additionally carries after-hours and weekend coverage with no overtime charge: active Premier holders are never charged overtime even when a technician arrives or works after 5:00 PM. Closed Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
